The IPC APEX EXPO 2009 Online Space Selection will take place June 3-5, 2008.  

Contracts and 25% deposits must be received by IPC by May 9, 2008 in order to take part in this exciting online process.

Rates:

• IPC Members: $23.00 per square foot
• Nonmembers: $29.00 per square foot

Take the next steps to capture your share of the ever-evolving electronics manufacturing and assembly market:

• Determine what size booth you need to effectively meet face-to-face with byers and to best showcase your products and services.
• Review the Space Selection Guidelines, making sure to share this information with your sales and marketing staff
• Complete, sign and return the 2009 Application/Contract with a 25% deposit to IPC, ensuring it is received by IPC on or before May 9, 2008 (not just postmarked).  Please use this form as your invoice, as it indicates rates and payment terms.

Each year's floor plan is unique, based on a combination of lottery numbers, the number of returned contracts received with deposits, as well as operational requirements for move-in and move-out, overall traffic flow and facility structures.

A detailed floor plan including booth numbers and various configurations will be available in late May 2008. The primary contact indicated on your contract will receive all show related communications, incluing an e-mail notification when the 2009 floor plan is available, along with your scheduled booth selection date and time.
