Reservation Information
Please Note:
- Additional rates may apply for more than 2 adults in a room.
- Rates are in U.S. dollars and do not include occupancy tax, currently 9%, or any other related taxes or fees.
- Room type and rate assignments are on a first come, first served basis.
- The cut-off for the IPC rate was February 20, 2009. The hotels may no longer offer our special contracted rates to IPC guests for available rooms. Hotels may offer rooms based on the current available rates.
Credit Card for Guarantee: A credit card guarantee is required at the time your reservation is made. Credit cards must be valid through April 2009. Your credit card may be charged by your hotel between March 1, 2009, and 72 hours prior to your arrival in the amount of one night’s room & tax deposit for each room reserved. This deposit is nonrefundable for cancellations received within 72 hours of your arrival. Reservation forms will not be processed without valid guarantee information.
Confirmations: For reservations made through Experient, you will receive confirmation of your arrangements by e-mail, fax or mail when your reservation has been confirmed. You will not receive confirmation from your assigned hotel.
Changes/Cancellations:
- Between February 26 and March 3, reservations made through Experient will be transferred to the hotels. To make changes to or cancel existing reservations, call the hotels directly after March 4.
- Beginning March 4, please contact your assigned hotel directly with all changes and cancellations. Cancellations received by the hotel within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will be penalized in the amount of one night’s room & tax deposit on the credit card used for guarantee.

Parking
Parking at Mandalay Bay is free. Self-parking and valet are available in the parking garage.
Shuttle
Shuttles are available at the airport with drop offs at all the major hotels. Mandalay Bay is
usually the first or last drop off. Shuttles generally cost $5–$7 per person.
“Come Ride the Train” Excalibur-Luxor-Mandalay Bay Tram
Hop this free tram, which runs between the Excalibur, Luxor and Mandalay Bay hotels. The
northbound tram starts at Mandalay Bay, stops at the Luxor and ends at the Excalibur. The shuttle runs every three to seven minutes.
Effective March 1, 2009 the new hours for the tram connecting Excalibur, Luxor and Mandalay Bay are as follows:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am–11:00 pm
- Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am–Midnight

Public Transportation
