Making Reservations
GROUP BLOCK OF ROOMS
A group block is recommended for 10 or more reservations. When you reserve your rooms through our housing company you’ll have 24/7 password protected access to manage your block of rooms ONLINE. You may make name changes, date changes, and print lists all under your control.
- Fill out the Group Housing Request Form
This will allow you to indicate who the company contact person will be, the number of rooms you want to hold on each day, and your hotel preference by indicating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice. - Fax or Mail the form to our housing company, Experient, at the contact information given below.
- Experient will follow up to formalize the arrangement between your group and the Hotel. You will receive a password to give you online access to your hotel room reservations.

Reservation Information
Please Note:
- Additional rates may apply for more than 2 adults in a room.
- Rates are in US dollars and do not include occupancy tax, currently 9%, or any other related taxes or fees.
- Room type and rate assignments are on a first-come first-serve basis.
- The cut-off for the IPC rate is February 20, 2009. You are encouraged to make hotel reservations before this date. After this date the hotels may no longer offer our special contracted rates to IPC guests for available rooms. Hotels may offer rooms based on the current available rates.
Credit Card for Guarantee: A credit card guarantee is required at the time your reservations are made. Credit cards must be valid through April 2008. Your credit card may be charged by your hotel between March 1 and 72 hours prior to your arrival in the amount of 1 night’s room & tax deposit for each room reserved. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations received within 72 hours of your arrival. Reservation forms will not be processed without valid guarantee information.
Confirmations: Experient will send confirmation of your arrangements by email, fax or mail when your reservation(s) have been confirmed. You will not receive confirmation from your assigned hotel.
Changes/Cancellations: Please contact Experient with all changes and cancellations prior to February 27, 2008 at 5:00 pm CT.* Beginning March 5 please contact your assigned hotel directly with all changes and cancellations. Cancellations received by the hotel within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will be penalized in the amount of 1 night’s room & tax deposit on the credit card used for guarantee.
*Between February 28 and March 4, reservations made through Experient will be transferred to the hotels. To make changes to or cancel existing reservations call the hotels directly after March 5.

Parking
Parking at Mandalay Bay is free. Self-parking and valet are available in the parking garage.
Shuttle
Shuttles are available at the airport with drop
offs at all the major strip hotels. Mandalay Bay is
usually the first or last drop off. Shuttles generally
cost $5–$7 per person.
“Come Ride the Train” Excalibur-Luxor-Mandalay Bay Tram
Hop this free tram, which runs between the
Excalibur, Luxor and Mandalay Bay hotels. The
northbound tram starts at Mandalay Bay, stops at
the Luxor and ends at the Excalibur. The shuttle runs
every three to seven minutes.
Las Vegas Monorail
Hop on the high-tech Las Vegas Monorail and get ready for a fast, way-cool ride to some of the area's hottest destination. For more information and scheduling go to www.lvmonorail.com. *Single rides start at $3.00
Cabs
Cabs are readily available and are not too expensive, but only accept cash.
Public Transportation
A one-way bus fare on the Strip costs $2, and slightly less in the rest of the city. Buses on the Strip run 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
