Filming and Photography Policy
Mandalay Bay strictly monitors filming and photography within the facility and on the premises. If you plan to photograph or film outside the exhibit hall at any time between March 25 and April 4, please provide Tracy Riggan (TracyRiggan@ipc.org) with a full list of plans by March 10. For photography, list all areas you wish to photograph. For filming, provide a written outline of dates, times and locations. Confirmation of approval will be provided by March 20. Additional filming or photography requests will be taken on-site in the IPC press office (South Pacific Ballroom G, North Convention Center, Mandalay Bay) with 48 hours notice.
