only available on CD and online. The targeted move‐in plan is also enclosed, as well as VIP passes to share (you can
order more for FREE, details in the manual).
As you know, a great deal of detailed planning is required when participating in a trade show. This manual has
been designed with you in mind — we want you to be as successful as possible, with all available resources at
your fingertips! Although you will receive e‐mail newsletters and reminders from IPC Show Management and
Show Contractors, it is your responsibility to be as proactive as possible. Please make sure to thoroughly read all
of the forms and work rules included in the exhibitor manual, as increased knowledge minimizes wasted time
and unnecessary expense.
Be sure to visit the “Current Exhibitors” portion of the Web site, where you will find
additional information you will need, including an online version of this manual, instructions on ordering VIP
passes, updating your directory listing and much more. While you’re there, visit the “Deadlines” section of the
Web site for important dates and deadlines.
